About Us

Hi, I’m Andrew Treadgold, the owner of A&J Taxis-Fleet uk, – Goldie is my nickname, acquired during my time in the Army, where I completed seventeen years service before sustaining an injury which resulted in a medical discharge.

After leaving the Army, I decided to set myself up as a taxi-driver in my local area of Fleet & now provide airport transfers all over London & Southern airports.

I am a friendly guy &  have made many new friends while carrying out my work. My service is first-class & will never let you down whatever time of the day or night I am required. I run my business the right way & you can trust in what I do.

As an ex-soldier, I am a keen supporter of Help for Heroes, a charity dedicated to providing help to ex-servicemen & women after they have left the forces.

Having lost a lot of good friends in the past, particularly in Middle-Eastern conflicts, I like to believe people think about what our boys & girls are doing for us & for our country. Should you wish to learn more about Help for Heroes, click on the logo below to see some of the great work that they do.

Armed Forces Day is 29th June 2013. The day is an annual opportunity for the nation to Show Your Support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, and from veterans to cadets.

Across the country people are getting involved: communities are holding local events and businesses are showing their support.

In 2010 the National Event is to be held in Cardiff, so you can learn more about the Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force. You can also meet members of local units. Cardiff is just one event being held in support of Armed Forces Day.

If you want to know more about how to get involved and what’s going on in your area, click the logo on the left to find out how you can celebrate Armed Forces Day in support of our nation.

I look forward to meeting you.

Regards,

Goldie
